This machine is one kind of pasteurization machine developed for filling line to get products longer expiration date. It is a necessary secondary sterilization equipment for automatic production line.According to the technological requirements of users for different products, to make different process design, meet the technological requirements, according to user requirements, configuration of the corresponding high precision automatic control system. Working principle of Pasteurizing machine: Pasteurization machine uses the characteristic of non heat-resistant of the pathogen, to kill them with appropriate temperature(lower 100 degree centigrade) and heat preservation time. However, after pasteurization, a small number of harmless, beneficial and heat-resistant bacteria are still retained. Technological process: In the food, beverage, pharmaceutical industries, it is required to do water bath sterilization to    some of the finished products. The packaged products are placed on the stainless steel conveyor belt and transported into the sterilization tank. Products should be conveyed  into cooling tank by the mesh belt conveyor and cooled evenly as soon as sterilized by high temperature water. With the continuous operation of the equipment, the sterilized products are sent to the next process. PRODUCT ADVANTAGES 1. Tunnel pasteurization machine is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel to ensure food safety and hygiene. 2. Using steam heating, and saving more energy. 3. Sterilization temperature is uniform, product quality is consistent. 4. Within 98 degree of low temperature sterilization, nutritional elements are not damaged, and maintain the original taste and color. 5. Tunnel pasteurization machine runs smoothly, stainless steel mesh belt(or stainless steel chain plate) has advantage of high strength, small flexibility, not easy deformation and easy maintenance. 6. Tunnel pasteurization machine can be added with the cooling section to cool the product to room temperature, so the product can enter into next process quickly.
