Plate Juice Sterilizing Machine

The machine adopts UHT processing method to make liquid dairy products, tea beverage and juice strictly sterilized and packed asepetically, with sterilization temperature at 137 degrees Celsius, holding time at 3-5s, which keeps the original nutrition, color and flavor of the beverage and dairy. The machine has the advantaged of high heat recycle, compact and fine structure and controllable temperature etc. It can be applied for both cold filling and hot filling whose outlet temperature can be controlled automatically.
Control manner: Semi-automatic and fully automatic control (PLC and touch screen).

Tubular Juice Sterilizing Machine

UHT tubular sterilizer can sterilize fruit juice, jam, dairy or similar materials.The equipment can simultaneously complete the function of heat sterilization and cooling of the material, but also can automatically control and record some important technical parameters , such as the sterilization temperature, which not only reduces the influence of human factors on the sterilization process, but also record the normal production process.
Homogenizer

CIP Cleaning system
Cleaning-in-place is mainly used for cleaning equipment and pipes such as beverage, juice, beer and dairy products etc.
CIP uses centrifugal pump to convoy cleaning liquid into the material pipeline and equipment for full closed cycle cleaning, reducing labor depth and ensuring the quality of beverages.
